All information and materials submitted to Concordia Publishing House through this site or otherwise, such as any comments, feedback, ideas, questions, designs, data or the like, but not content (collectively, “Feedback”), will be considered NON-CONFIDENTIAL and NON-PROPRIETARY with regard to you, but we reserve the right to treat any such Feedback as the confidential information of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and Concordia Publishing House. For this reason, we ask you not to send us any information or materials that you do not wish to assign to us, including, without limitation, any confidential information or any original creative materials such as product ideas, computer code, or original artwork.

By submitting Feedback to us through this site, you assign to us, free of charge, all worldwide rights, title and interest in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Feedback you submit. Children’s Data: The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and Concordia Publishing House are committed to compliance with applicable laws governing the protection of children’s data, such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). To that end, we will not knowingly seek or encourage anyone under the age of 13 to provide any data through our website. We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of thirteen (13). If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of thirteen (13) and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us at webservant@CPH.org. Parents are strongly encouraged to monitor their children’s Internet activity, and to assist their children in making positive choices concerning the materials they receive through electronic means. Disclosure of information practices with regard to children as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Personal information such as the name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, persistent identifier, or combination of various identifying elements, of children under the age of thirteen is not knowingly collected by The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and Concordia Publishing House. If a child chooses to send an e-mail or other electronic request to us, we may respond to that e-mail or request. However, the e-mail address of the child will be deleted and no personal information will be collected, stored, or disclosed. Changes: We reserve the right to change this privacy notice at any time by publishing a revised version of this agreement on the site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement. Continued use of the site following any such changes means you accept and will abide by these changes.
